That seems suspicious, I mean, he even admits in the ad that he’s asking $10k below Blue Book (which isn’t gospel, but, still). Could be just desperate for cash, could be serious rust underneath and a busted transmission, who knows?

Could be like that $500,000 house the one realtor wanted to show me that was a bargain at $125,000, that was in fantastic shape (but, we can’t turn the utilities back on for an inspection, because the owner is too far behind on payments, its OK, everything’s fine).
